Component procurement, printed circuit board assembly, testing, repairs, final assembly, labelling and packaging are all performed in-house, controlled by a sophisticated computer-based management system developed over many years by Intellidesign.

Intellidesign’s manufacturing processes follow a certified ISO9001 quality system with full component traceability, a requirement for the manufacture of medical devices.

Intellidesign has a range of modern equipment designed to handle prototyping and small to medium production runs, including the placement of BGA and micro-BGA components and the manufacture of RoHS compliant product.
